How do I use my chip (EMV) card at the ATM?

Your chip-enabled debit and credit cards will work for ATM transactions. Just follow the on-screen prompts.

Please note that a chip-enabled ATM will hold your card for the duration of the transaction — so always remember to take your card when your transaction is complete. (All of RCU’s ATMs have been upgraded to chip-enabled.)

An ATM that is not yet chip-enabled will still be able to process your transaction via the magnetic stripe.
