If you're using a mobile device, follow the steps below. For computers, go to the desktop steps
You can pay practically anyone in the United States using Bill Pay including credit card companies, utilities, auto loans, even your doctor or day-care center. However, there are select organizations we recommend you pay directly, such as the IRS and other taxing entities — for these, you may go to their website to make the payment and receive confirmation of receipt.
To start using Bill Pay in the mobile app, from the home screen, tap Menu and select Use Bill Pay.
