Why can I see my transaction pending in digital banking, but it has not posted to the account?

In order to make your banking a clear and transparent experience, we show you exactly how your balance is being affected in real-time. Pending transactions can be either Deposits or Withdrawals.

Deposits:

Funds are being processed and will be released on the date provided.

They include Check Holds and Direct (ACH) Deposits.

Withdrawals

With VISA Debit Card Withdrawals, it can take up to 3-5 business days for the merchant to full withdrawal the funds. The pending transaction is listed as an authorization hold to those funds until that happens.

With ACH Withdrawals, we are listing the funds that have been marked to leave the account on the date you authorized.
