I sent money through RCUpay and my texts were not received.
If your RCUpay recipient did not receive the text notifications about your payment, follow the steps below.
Mobile
If you're using a mobile device, follow the steps below. For computers, go to the desktop steps
From the home screen, tap Move Money and select Send Money (RCUpay).
- On the RCUpay page, select History to see a list of past transactions sent, or select Pending to view a list of RCUpay transactions in progress. Confirm the mobile number or email for your recipient is correct.
- If the payment is listed under Pending, the transaction has not yet been claimed. To resend the text notification to your recipient, tap Resend text below the transaction status (if you sent the funds using an email address, the selection will be Resend email). You will only be able to resend a text or email if the status is pending. Once the transaction is complete, the resend option is not available.
Desktop
If you're using a computer, follow the steps below. For mobile devices, go to the mobile steps
