I'm having trouble logging in to digital banking. What do I do?
There are a number of steps you can take on your own to try to resolve issues accessing your accounts in digital banking:
- Check that you are entering the correct username and password. Your username is not case-sensitive, but your password is.
- Learn how to retrieve your username, if you are having trouble remembering it.
- Learn how to reset your password, if you forgot your password or need to reset it.
- Add RCU digital banking to your list of trusted sites in your internet browser.
- Consider updating your anti-virus protection.
