Redwood Rewards
Earn valuable rewards points each time you use your RCU Visa® credit card with our free Redwood Rewards program.
How to earn rewards points:
- Earn 1 point for every $1.00 spent using your RCU Visa Platinum credit card.
- Earn 1.5 points for every $1.00 spent using your RCU Visa Signature® card.
To redeem your points in digital banking, follow the steps below.
How do I enroll in the Redwood Rewards program?
RCU Visa Platinum credit cards and RCU Visa Signature cards are enrolled automatically!
How do I know if I am enrolled?
For a complete list of available retailers, merchandise and travel options, plus full program details and rules, please log into digital banking or RCU’s mobile app and go to the Rewards section.
Mobile
If you're using a mobile device, follow the steps below. For computers, go to the desktop steps
Tap Rewards, or Redeem Rewards
This will open the Redwood Rewards homepage, which includes:
- Rewards account balance and information
- Options to redeem Rewards points
To shop redemption categories and/or redeem points, tap Redeem rewards and select the category you’d like to view. Select the item you want to redeem your points for.
Desktop
If you're using a computer, follow the steps below. For mobile devices, go to the mobile steps
Click Redeem Rewards
