How to opt out of Credit+ in digital banking
Redwood Credit Union digital banking includes Credit+, a credit score tool that provides you with real-time access to your credit score and full credit report, clear explanations of the factors influencing your score, personalized tips for improvement, and many other features to help you reach your financial goals. If you prefer to opt out of this beneficial credit score tool, log in to digital banking and follow the steps below.
Mobile
If you're using a mobile device, follow the steps below. For computers, go to the desktop steps
At bottom right, select the Menu.
Select Settings, then Profile.
Select the Preferences.
Scroll to Credit+. Review the steps listed, then select the Opt out button and follow the steps to complete the opt out process.
From the Credit+ dashboard, select Resources.
Under Profile Settings, select View Now.
Scroll down and select Deactivate Credit Score Account.
Desktop
If you're using a computer, follow the steps below. For mobile devices, go to the mobile steps
From the top menu select your profile icon.
Select Profile.
Select the Preferences.
Scroll to Credit+. Review the steps listed, then select the Opt out button and follow the steps to complete the opt out process.
From the Credit+ dashboard, select Resources.
Under Profile Settings, select View Now.
Scroll down and select Deactivate Credit Score Account.
