Business Positive Pay: How do I modify and assign sub-user roles?

You can assign roles to Positive Pay sub-users, which grants them permission to perform tasks in the Positive Pay system.

Learn how to add a sub-user for your Business account.

For the best experience with Positive Pay, we recommend using a computer (desktop view) rather than a mobile device.

How to modify sub-user roles for Positive Pay

From the top menu, select Manage Users.

From the left Manage Users menu, select Roles.

Select the role you want to edit.

Check the box to select Positive Pay.

Select Save to save the selection or Cancel to make changes.

Select Continue to accept the changes or Cancel to edit the changes.

You will see a confirmation message that you have successfully updated the role.

How to assign sub-user roles for Positive Pay

From the top menu, select Manage Users.

Select the user you want to assign to a role.

Select Positive Pay Roles.

Select a role or roles to assign to the user.

A Positive Pay user can have multiple roles. These are defined below.
