Can I rename my accounts?
Yes, you can add custom names for most accounts and loans. While mortgages can be nicknamed on the screen, we are unable to look up your mortgage by nickname in our system.
Mobile
If you're using a mobile device, follow the steps below. For computers, go to the desktop steps
From your main screen, select the account you wish to nickname.
Select Details.
Note: If the details tile is not visible in the top two tiles, select More.
Next to the Account Nickname, click the pencil icon to edit.
Type in the desired name for the account (special characters are not allowed).
Tap Update. You’ve successfully renamed your account!
Desktop
If you're using a computer, follow the steps below. For mobile devices, go to the mobile steps
From the Dashboard, select the account you wish to nickname.
Under Account Details select View Account Details.
Next to the Account Nickname, click the pencil icon to edit.
Type in the desired name for the account (special characters are not allowed).
Click Update. You’ve successfully renamed your account!
