Such Feedback may include ideas for new or improved products or services, concepts, know-how, techniques, etc.
Chat
Redwood Credit Union may make an interactive online chat (“Chat”) service available to you. Redwood Credit Union makes no warranty that the Chat service will be available at any particular time or be free of fault or error.

During your use of the Chat service, you may interact with a chatbot/virtual assistant, or other non-human (each, a “Chatbot”). We will disclose the use of the Chatbot to the extent required by applicable law. When engaging with us through use of the Chat service, be advised that chats will be monitored and retained.
The Chat service is provided as a convenience. Participating in the Chat service does not constitute consent by you or us to use electronic records and signatures as a substitute for written documents. Any personal information shared with us when using the Chat service shall be subject to the applicable privacy-related policies and notices described above.
You will not use the Chat service to send any abusive, defamatory, dishonest, or obscene message, and doing so may result in termination of the Chat service session.
Access codes
In connection with online applications for certain Redwood Credit Union products or services (such as, but not limited to, loan applications or transactions) available via the Site and in connection with certain other functions on the Site, Redwood Credit Union may send you a unique access code to help you complete, review, or track your applications and execute other functions. Such access code is intended to be only used by you, and you must not share it with anyone.

If you are enrolled in Redwood Credit Union’s Digital Banking for consumers:
- Your use of the services is governed by our Digital Banking Terms of Service Agreement , which incorporates these Terms of Use by reference.
- If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Online Access Agreement, the Online Access Agreement controls.
If you are enrolled in Redwood Credit Union’s Digital Banking for business:
- Your use of the services is governed by our Digital Banking for Business Members Terms of Service Agreement , which incorporates these Terms of Use by reference.
- If there is a conflict between these Terms of Use and the Online Access Agreement, the Online Access Agreement controls.
PPP Forgiveness Application Deadline
Congress passed The Economic Aid Act which changed the deferment period from 6 months post covered period to 10 months post covered period. For example, if your covered period ended June 30, 2021, under the new guidelines the earliest your first loan payment wouldn’t be due until April 2022, and you have until then to request forgiveness. Please use the following calculation to help you identify when your forgiveness will be due:
- PPP borrowers may select a covered period anywhere from 8 weeks to 24 weeks.
- RCU is automatically calculating your loan due date based on a 24-week covered period, if you intend on using a shorter covered period please inform us immediately as this will impact your due date.
- Your correct deadline will be reflected in your online banking account.
If all or part of your PPP loan is not forgiven, your first loan payment will be due the first of the following month after a decision is made by the SBA.
